Returns and exchanges are generally not accepted, as each piece is handmade and often made to order, except in cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

These issues must be reported within 48 hours with proof (order number, description, and photos). If approved, a repair, replacement, or refund may be offered, and return shipping will be covered by the brand.

Eligible returns must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with proof of purchase, and must be approved in advance. Certain items cannot be returned, including custom pieces, sale items, gift cards, and earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless faulty).

EU customers have a 14 day right to cancel (excluding custom orders), provided items are unused and properly returned. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.
