Return Policy

Each piece is carefully handmade, produced in small quantities and made to order. For this reason, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or there is an issue caused during production or fulfillment.

 

Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or if the wrong product was received, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: contact.elenanajdovska@gmail.com

Please include:

· your order number
· a short description of the issue
· clear photos of the item and packaging

Once the issue is confirmed, an appropriate solution will be offered. This may include a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation.

Return conditions
To be eligible for a return in these specific cases:

· the item must be unworn and unused
· it must be returned in its original condition and packaging
· proof of purchase is required

Items sent back without prior contact and approval will not be accepted.

 

Return shipping
If a return is approved due to a damaged item, defect, or an error in the order, the return shipping cost will be covered by the brand.

A return shipping label and instructions will be provided by email. Authorized returns must be shipped using the carrier suggested by us.

The return address is located in Paris, France and will be provided by email once the return is approved.

 

Non-returnable items
Returns are not accepted for:

· custom pieces
· sale items
· gift cards

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

 

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If an order is shipped within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of delivery, unless the item is customized or made to order.

The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

 

Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, confirmation will be sent regarding whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or credit card providers may require additional time to process the refund.
