Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at contact.elenanajdovska@gmail.com within this period.
As each piece is produced in small series and finished by hand, returned items are inspected upon receipt before a refund or exchange is approved.
Pieces made to measure or personalized at the customer's request cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the event of a manufacturing defect. As each bespoke piece is unique, it cannot be resold to a third party.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue. Return shipping costs for approved claims will be covered by the brand.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
